We understand that there are different drivers for doing a project. It might be for investment/financial returns, or for lifestyle and family reasons. The choices you make will be different in each case. We are not here to make you spend more money, but to work with you (in whatever capacity you choose). We assist you through the huge learning curve that a building project entails with experienced Residential Project Management support.
Nicki and Christine are sisters. You could say this is ‘in the blood’ – our father liked a building project or two, and even bought some very ‘aesthetically challenged’ properties along the way.
Nicki has been doing house renovation for longer than she wants to admit (but more than 25 years). In the early days she did painting and curtains. On later properties she added a new kitchen… and then she moved into internal alterations; adding mezzanine floors and decks. Finally over the last few years she has done a range of full-on renovations and extensions for herself and others. The last family project is her 9th own-home renovation. Over these years she has built up a wealth of knowledge and has great contacts and suppliers. Her determination and organisational abilities second to none.
Christine graduated as an architect, gained an MBA in Project Management and has been working in the industry for many years. She can answer technical questions like “do I need a consent?” and ‘what form of construction contract should I use?’. If you get into difficulties with any part of the process Christine can also assist with troubleshooting.
By our working together, you can get the majority of the project done at the lower project management rate and then call on the technical expertise if you need it. That’s how we are able to offer a cost-effective solution without compromising on the quality of advice.
